No-one will say hello to you when you say hi, no-one will so much as check on you to see if you need help, and no-one will even pretend to be okay with ringing you out. Good luck.

They have always taken care of me here. Just had an eyelet break on a new pair of shoes and they exchanged them glady with no problem.

There was a mix up at the Redmond location regarding the discovery parks pass that we purchased, and we were going on a roadtrip, heading towards Olympia. I talked to the manager of the Olympia location on the phone and he was very helpful and knowledgeable which helped the frustrating situation we were in. We stopped by the Olympia location and the other manager that was on was aware that we were coming in and what the situation was, and he was also very nice. They turned our frustrating experience into a positive experience and we really appreciate the great customer service.
